Is there a sure way to tell the sex of an Araucana chicken that is 13 weeks of age./?

Yep He is a male. I caught him trying to mount one of my reds, Also, the feathers are pointed rather than rounded. I dont assume Americana/easter eggers are much good for eating so I am not sure what I am gonna do with this fella.. Possibly Freedom will work out as realeased him from the coop and run three days ago.. he runs around the barnlot near the coop and run, but cant get to the hens. The owls and hawks have not got him so far..
