Is there a way to make new posts automatically show up?

I'd like to know if there is a way to make new posts to a thread automatically show up - or make the page automatically refresh? Rather than manually refreshing the page continually?

Depending on your browser, you can get an "autoreload" addon. I use reloadevery 17.0 for firefox.
