is there a way to sex older turkeys

we had originally had 4 turkeys when we ordered them through the mail from a hatchery with chickens. We have lost two, and still have 2 turkeys so far. Is there a way to sex turkeys even though they are a little over 3 weeks? I know you can when your younger which i just found out. Im hoping we have a male and female in hopes we can hatch more next year to have more for meat. We have two broad white breasted.

If I'm correct broad breasted turkeys are too fat to breed anyway.

Yes, wrong ones.
Males can't mate because of deformed body.

Huh i didn't know that.. I will have to tell my father in law. He wanted this breed for meat.. I know nothing about them really at all. If we were to get another breed of turkey what one would you recommend for meat and easily able to breed.

Anything that doesn't say broad breasted. I'm getting some chocolate poults due to arrive in four days. Narragansetts are pretty. most heritage turkeys are around the same size, except smaller eastern wild, rio grande, and midget white ones.
