Is there an upright duck or bird, like the runner ducks, that can fly?

I would make sure they can indeed fly and not a low grounder. I will post a video of what I mean.
I don't agree with releasing domestic ducks to the wild - unless done properly like when an animal needs rehabilitated.
Can you just find them a new home? Or ... add them to freezer camp? At least then, they don't die in vain.

Oh no sorry, I didn't mean I acutally would set them free to the local park over here. It was a figure of speech. I need to work on that because this is the 100000th time I get myself in trouble in this way. Maybe I can add (figure of speech) when I type something.
They are going to a good home. And really NO to this local park which is overrun with chickens/ducks/rabbits by other people that dump them there while there is even a free shelter a few meters away...

I wantd to express that there are indeed 'runner ducks' that can fly. But they are not 100 percent runner ducks. But they do excist if that is what you are looking for.

In response to the first question, Egrets, Herons, Cormorants, Penguins, etc..

ETA
Well penguins can't fly in the air but fly pretty well in water.
