Hi! I am working on a staggered hatch, using a brisnea 20 advanced for the first 18 days, and a mini advance for lockdown. My question is, is there any known problem with the eggs laying down for incubation in the 20 advanced? I generally do not have enough production from my girls I want to hatch from to keep the eggs vertical without them falling down when the bator rocks. Thoughts and experiance would be appreciated. They are already set, but now I'm worried I messed up!

I have the same bator and I use a plastic bag to take up space so the eggs do not lay on their side. But in nature the hen doesnt set them up on point either. Id say youll be fine as long as they are not rocking and hitting each other.
