Is there any one in Dubai that can sell me healthy chickens to start up?

Hi everyone, I live in dubai and would like to start my own flog of chickens,.. However i do not want to add to the horrendous Bird buyers market here in sharjah. I would like to know if there is any one out there that can sell me a couple of chickens that are healthy with a health certificate?
