is there any reason my pullet would've died?

So this morning they're doing alot better, I got them to drink and eat a bit.

Does anyone know anything that will encourage them to eat? I tried bananas yesterday.
scrambled eggs often go over very well. if it's really hot weather I freeze them in silicon muffin tins, maybe add some blueberries or similar and feed them the frozen egg pucks. it's always a big hit.

how many eggs do you use?
Regular size 6 slot silicon muffin tray will nicely hold about 1 egg per slot. I usually give them 2 or 3 frozen pucks and that would be good for a flock of up to 10. Not every day but for something special as a treat or if you've got sick chickens ok to feed for a few days till they're better. I also use those to freeze raw beaten egg for use by me during winter when they're not laying much. Cooked eggs don't freeze and store well but it's ok for short term to feed to the chickens. Raw beaten eggs freeze ok for about 6 months and thaw out and cook or thaw and use in baking.

Does anyone know why hes scrunched up like this?

When chickens don’t feel good they puff up their feathers like that and tuck their heads in. I’m not sure the scientific explanation but if a chicken looks like that it’s sick. I’ve never seen a healthy chicken do it. Someone else might have a more specific answer.
