Do you have any chicken feed? in each pic there just a bowl of apples. How old grandpa and has he actually been feeding um not apples ?

Did grandpa start the hunger games and you just realized there starving with no water and food and they were starting to kill each other.

Do you own soap or running water. In 3 minutes you can scrub the turds n blood off the feeder that there all sick from blood n turds in there water.

If none of the above you can just open up the coupe and they can find there own food. Im sure they rather eat some bugs and chance being ripped apart by a predator and die a glorious death then play a Auschwitz Reenactment.

Yes, we do own chicken feed and when they were inside my garage all they ate was chicken feed. When I moved them to a coop they also got chicken feed. I only got the bowl of apples to encourage them to eat something. My grandpa is also 68, but he does most of the chores everyday, all the handwork around the farm, and he's basically the backbone of the family. Unfortunately in May he had a heart attack so he's been a little off since, but he still wants to be on his feet and helping when its needed.

They also got their water and food filled everyday, and they had plenty of it (there were two waterdishes, just the one with the blood happened to be empty at the time). They weren't necessarily killing each other, but the younger ones were too afraid to eat with the older ones around. It may have been accidently caused by my grandma and my absence, but I was very busy that week when this happened.

We do have soap and water, I clean their feeders everyday but my grandpa doesn't. But he never has with any of his chickens (he's been raising them 30+ years).

The chickens seem to be doing fine since I separated them from the older ones.
