Is there any science behind blue eggs being lower in cholesterol?

I wasn't sure where to put this question. I hope i got it right.

I have recently been told that blue Aracauna eggs are lower in cholesterol ...

and


that Aracauna eggs are the only eggs "cancer patients can eat without side effects."

Is there any credence to these statements?

Can anyone provide any scientific references that agree?

Is this just rumor?
