One of my hens did last year, but at a time I didn’t want her to be broody because we added it up and just so happens the eggs were gonna hatch 2 days after we moved(but they never did) every time I took her off the eggs she went back on the eggsYes! I've got the opposite problem. My little 6 month old silkie pullet stays on the nest most of the time, but she'll get off a few times a day and she's still laying, so not completely broody, I guess. I keep fake eggs in the nesting boxes and she'll sit on those or any others that I haven't collected. Maybe that is my problem. Maybe the fake eggs do help lure them in.
