is there any way to stop a cockerel crowing

I know it sounds cruel and i dont mean it to be but i am sure one of my baby chicks could be a cockerel and i didnt want to have to get rid of him so if there is anyone who knows of a way I could keep him without annoying my neighbors please help

I don't know about where you live but here there are vets that claim they can do a de-crowing procedure for 180.00. I have no idea how its done or anything and I have never used this service. Good luck to you though.

Hey I did some looking around for you and if you go up there to the top blue line and click "SEARCH" and then type in the keyword "DECROWING" it will show a few threads with some good thoughts.
