I know very little about wry neck, but that's what it looks like. However, I've never come across anything in the forums that says this can happen to a newly hatched chick.

One of the standard wry neck treatments is a vitamin E capsule. It won't hurt doing this for her, but let's see what others with more experience have to say.

She's adorable. It's heartbreaking seeing her like that.

ETA: Are you supplementing their water with Chick Starter or a similar vitamin and electrolyte product? I would definitely add this to the water. Just a few drops in the side of her beak can help. Some have also given sugar water to their chicks or hens when that's all they have available.

I was wondering how your chick is doing. I'd say there's a good chance she has wry neck. For each negative writeup I've seen on her chances of survival, I've seen many, many more that say there's an excellent chance she'll survive, but the key is timely treatment.
