Is there something wrong with my BCM pullets feathers?

I got five easter eggers that were 18 weeks old last August. Three started in October and I'm still waiting to see a egg from the other two. They'll probably be a year old next month or close

If your northern hemisphere hopefully it'll be soon now that the days are starting to get longer.
I added supplement lights in January for the first time to start selling/hatching soon so I'm getting loads of eggs now.

I keep them in the run, it's about 400 sq feet not counting the coop and I've only got 25 in there now. I didn't use added light. They turn on at 6:30am and off at 6pm. It's a little earlier and later the last week. I've never wormed them. I clean the coop and run and the poop looks OK. They've been super healthy. Two of them seemed to have small molts on neck, head, and tail feathers at 10-11 months. They looked rough, lost a little weight but I gave them extra protien and they're looking better every day.

Well after screaming and sounding like a ak47 for the past two days she laid her first egg. She tries the egg song with the others but it's just loud short bursts lol.
