Is there something wrong with my chicks legs?

These are my chick chairs two of mine got slipped tendon while in the incubator. I have incubated many times before and this is the first time it's happened but to two of them. Does anyone know how far away you are supposed to keep them away from the heat lamp, I have school so I can't really baby them until I get home everyday but luckily track doesn't start for another month
