Is there something wrong with my Rhode Island Red

My 3 week old Rhode Island Red was the biggest chicken when I got her, but now she is the smallest. She doesn’t move around as much as my other chicks and constantly falls asleep. Whenever she is around the other chickens she huddles under them. She also has reddish orange poop. Is there something wrong with her?

Yes, there is something wrong. That is the posture of a sick chick. Do the reddish-orange poops look like they have blood in them? Do you have a picture? It wouldn't hurt to treat your chicks with Corid in case they have coccidiosis.

Yes. If the other chicks have been around the sick chick, they could have picked up coccidiosis.
