Is this 13-week old buff orpington a rooster?

I just got 3 buff orpingtons, 13-weeks old, supposedly all hens. This one has curious tail feathers though... It's similar to its sisters in all other respects, any chance it's a hen??

you guys are good, how can you tell? I was just going by tail feathers there..
A rooster will have redder comb/wattles/and earlobes at this age. Usually hens comb/wattles/and earlobes don't get redder until closer to laying age. Beautiful birds, by the way.
 
looks like pullets but repost when they turn 17 weeks of age...going by color of birds and nothing else as my parents had an orp roo that if you went off of the comb it was a pullet
