Is this a bantam Cochin or not?

I just brought this lovely chick home today! What is your opinion on breed and quality? Looks to be Cochin with maybe something else? I think she or he is about 4-5 months old and pea comb which is still not developed. I think it's a she so maybe I have a pullet. It's a very gentle, calm bird! I'm just not sure about the face it's looks sorta Ameraucana'ish?

could be a silkie/cochin cross, that would explain why she looks like a silkie without the silkied feathering. She could be from a sizzle mating, but she is not sizzled, as she is neither frizzled or silkied. She could be carring the silkied gene, only way to tell would be if you breed her to a silky and see if you get silkied chicks, all may not be silkied though, since the silkie feathering is resessive.

I think I picked out a girl too. The breeder had three of these but she was the only one with black ears. All her others has white ears.
