Is this a Barred Rock? Marans? Dominique?

She looks to be of the cuckoo pattern to me , and egg color is looking more like a hatchery Marans but the BRs range from pinkish to medium brown so ...........
From what I've seen , hatchery productions of these three breeds tend to loose the distinct barring patterns of the two and the cuckoo pattern is less distinct in the other . Body types become off , size is usually smaller , breed characteristics get lost .......... but egg laying abilities are often increased so that's a plus for the hatchery breds . If you're a fan of the Marans dark egg you could get a roo from some dark egged lines and easily get better quality Marans from her , or use an EE/Ameraucana over her to get sex linked olive eggers if you want and they would not be as prone to frostbite .

Hatchery Cuckoo Marans often have yellow legs, because they've been crossed with Barred Rocks. I think this is a hatchery-bred Cuckoo Marans -- I've never seen eggs that dark from a Barred Rock, and I've had quite a few Barred Rocks. (Also had some hatchery Cuckoo Marans.)

Just saw this thread when searching for Dominique...

She looks like a Dominique. We've been doing tons of research on them, in preparation for our chickies (which are here! Doing great!). That's where she's getting the rose comb.

Both the CM and the BR have a single comb, so perhaps she's a Marans/Dominique cross? I would say she's just a Dominique, but she does have pretty dark eggs, but perhaps that's just from that specific bloodline or even just her. No one can say that any particular breed has ONLY eggs of a certain shade.

I don't see how everyone is claiming she's a Barred Rock? She clearly has a rose comb, yellow legs, and cuckoo coloring, which would = Dominique. Neither the dom nor the BR normally have eggs that dark, but it's possible.

I think it is a because of the rose comb

She doesn't have a rose comb, the op said her comb was frostbitten. If you look one page back you will see a closer pic and can see the comb looks damaged.

This thread is 3 1/2 years old, chances are the bird in question is dead by now. Anyway, I'm sure the OP has made peace with whatever is/was.
