Is this a barred rock rooster?

Hi, I bought several "barred rock" chicks at Tractor Supply. Several of them were cockrels. They grew up with a lot of white feathers on their head and ruff. They do not look like photos of barred rock roosters. Can anyone identify his breed?

Some sort of production hybrid, likely sex links. Surprised they carry male black sexlinks though. Were they sold as females?
