Thank you all. He's not mine yet. I have a mixed flock and a neighbor wants to give him up. He is beautiful. I was just curious to know if any other bielefelder cross has the large white earlobes, yellow legs and that green tail. I just can't figure out the mix. I haven't been able to find any other photos like him online. I agree there are so many mixed right now. I will ask them tomorrow where they got him. I believe he was an accident from a TC. You know how that goes.

Legbars are the only large breed I can think of with white earlobes, so he could be a cross of that will something like a Rhode Island red. Just no way of knowing for sure. Bielefelders, Welbars, Rhodebars, barred rocks, cuckoo Marans and Dominiques all have red earlobes. I think California grays might have white lobes, but those aren't too common nowadays.
