Is this a big egg?

I am new to byc and love all the helpful info but I was just curious to no if this is normal to have my red sexlink lay an egg that was way bigger than her normal size egg which is about 2.3 ounces the egg that she laid two days ago was 4.6 ounces I have not figured out how to post pictures so check out the pictures in my uploads and tell me if this is normal to have my hen lay an egg this size.

I cant see any pics here or on your page, but really lg eggs out of Sex Links is not abnormal...and when first starting to lay you can get a different type egg n shell deformations every day or so till they "normalize" Might be a double yolker!

That sure sounds like a big egg to me!!! Sex link chickens do lay some BIG eggs! My black sex links do, that I know. Enjoy.

and 4.6 is HUGE! Poor girl.
