Is this a blue chicken?

Got her yesterday. I guess it's an EE. They tried to tell me it was an Ameraucana but I thought those had darker more blue legs instead of green legs. Anyway, is she considered blue?

I think the green legs means an EE, right? I didn't see anything in that thread about leg color. I thought all Americauna had blue/slate legs. If it is an Americauna I will be thrilled.
