Is This a Blue Cochin?

I got this roo today (the big guy) with a whole group of hens. I think he may be a Blue Cochin. Is he?

x3, but to help you out, here is a pair if blue Cochins (not my pic). These appear to be bantams, but whether you have banties or LFs, they should look similar
