Is this a blue roo?

Polish yes. It seems even at such a young age, it is easy to tell hes from shes. The shes all have a round puff and the hes all have spikey slicked back styles. Right? If this is so I have many roos. In this picture, I am thinking it is a roo. Is this what is blue?

Too young yet. Very small crest. Is it a pure Polish? It does look blue.
