Is this a boy, or a girl?

At first it looked like a Barred rock pullet, https://www.backyardchickens.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=570568 but now its acting a bit Rooish, and looks like a barred EE to me, what do you guys think?

I think you are right on the dot. That is a Rooster, and he is most likely a Barred Easter Egger (Barred Rock X Easter Egger).

Definitely a cockerel. Mixed breed, most likely BR with an EE, hence the beard.
