oh ok, pretty sure the top is a girl and the bottom is a boy..... used to have leg horns.

At that age it should be crowing (which would tell you if it’s for sure a boy). How long have you had them?

If you think he said they are a year old then they must be hens. From what I can see of their tail feathers there aren't any long, curved ones. At a year old a rooster would be crowing a lot.

They don't always crow at a year, sometimes it takes longer.

All of the roos we have hatched have crowed by 3 months old. I had an Orpington crow at 5 weeks! His sister also crowed every morning until she started laying.

I believe you have a male and a female. But it's really hard to say anything for sure without seeing better pictures.
