You betCan you take pictures of the entire bird?
Sorry I’m new to blogs lolCan you take pictures of the entire bird?
5 month or so. It sort of crowed this morning. But I saw where they can at times lolShe looks like a pullet to me. One more quick question though, how old is she?
Just so you know everyone here is making a guess not a, guarantee. Silkies are hard to sex and can look like a pullet but be a cockerel, and you won’t know 100% until she crows or lays.
A little pushy at times. Lol. But yes I felt the same way just didn’t want it to be. And he tried to crow this morning.that looks like a cockerel to me. you can tell by the underfeathering of the bird, and saddle on his/her back. its a very nice cushion and tail for a silkie. but do take this with a pinch of salt, silkies are hard to distinguish of age and genetically 70 percent of silkies hatched are male. best guess is a cockerel but i might be wrong, he/she looks alot like a pullet but the tucked wings and tail plumage really gives him/ her a masculine look. what is his/her temperament like? i might be wrong but i hope this helped!! good luck with your flock!
yeah, thats most likely a boy, but a very nice one though. he is a very nice partridge he could give some nice chicks. he seems very sweet and i hope the best of luck to the you and your flockA little pushy at times. Lol. But yes I felt the same way just didn’t want it to be. And he tried to crow this morning.
