Is this a buff orp cockerel? (editing new pics 11/11/08)

It's not the comb I have a problem with, in the head shot the neck feathers look pointy, and the tail looks rooish.

The tail is what had me thinking that today.

They are all cold today and a bit puffed up so I'm not sure if that's the feathers around the neck like that or what.
