Is this a bullseye? (fertile egg?)

Yes I have a rooster, hens just started laying, theres a white spot on top of yolk, idk if this is normal yolk anatomy, or a bullseye, thanks!

My husband keeps telling me not to feed him the fertile ones. What is with that? Are city people really that squeamish about eating fertile eggs? I figure what he doesn't know won't hurt him. Practically all the eggs he's eaten from our two banty hens have been fertile.

All yolks have the white spot- the blastocyst. I don't see the bullseye though, doesn't look fertile to me.
