Is this a Case of Scaly Leg Mite???

here is my roo's feet. i was wondering. does he have scaly leg mite???

Looks like it might be....mix poultry dust or Sevin Dust with vasoline and rub it all over his legs and toes....also treat him for regular mites with poultry or Sevin Dust.....
