Is this a Cochin?

Hi was told this was a full size Cochin and I think she is because of her foot feathers but I am confused by her feathering on her wings what do you guys think?

Now. Have you had full size chick before? How big is she compared to them?

Partridge Cochin, looks to be frizzled. More likely a bantam rather than a large breed.

For the length of its wing feathers, it seems a bit small in your hand which is why I said bantam. However, cochins are on the medium to large end of the bantam size spectrum, so it shouldn't be tiny like an OEGB.

I’ve had full size chicks but it’s been awhile. She does seem likes she isn’t getting as big as fast as they did.

How big do you think she’ll get? I’ve had full size Cochins before and they are good size

She looks like a frizzle cochin bantam.
Cochin bantams aren't the smallest bantams, but they're still pretty tiny. You'll be able to hold her with one hand.

Well I just hope the other chickens don’t bully her
