Is this a Cochin?

A Bantam Cochin hen should weigh no more than 1.6lbs. A rooster should weigh no more than 1.8lbs.

Considering this one doesn't have half the amount of feathers on the feet it should have, and the wrong color skin, I would imagine the weight won't be exactly right either. It will be much smaller than a LF though.
