Is this a Cockerel?

Hi everyone! I'm a brand new chick mama. I bought my chicks from the local feed/farm store. We only wanted pullets but now that they are getting older I'm wondering if this one is a male.

Or, does she have a rash on her face?

I don't think it's a rash as it seems to be evenly distributed around her beak and nostrils.

Help!

Not a rash, that is part of her comb, wattles, and nostrils.

That's what I figured. I'm really feeling like it's a rooster.
