Is this a cockerel?

A close-up of the head would help. I do not see the reddening up.

I get mixed vibes. Male from the heavy legs and slight curl of the tail feathers (some pullets have curled tail feathers

but it is mostly a make clue) but the posture is more female.

I'm having issues getting close the little one so will try again tonight

To me it is often easier to say "male" than "female". Male traits seem to stand out more than female traits so you can recognize them earlier. But some males develop those traits later.

The comb color is not red at all to me but are wattles starting to show? Wattles of any color at this age are a strong indication it is a male.

The wattles are slightly showing and to me, are turning pink/light red. I will keep an eye on them.
