Is this a Cream Legbar?

I recently ordered a Cream Legbar from Meyer Hatchery.
My shipment came in today and it looks like this (yellow):


This looks significantly different than the photo on their website:

Did they send me the wrong bird?
I can tell this was the Legbar because it has the matching leg band stated on the document I received on the box.

Edit: I was also surprised these birds were alive as they were delayed for at least 24 hours and had no food or water that shipped with them (or none that was received). How did they survive?

I believe you are correct,that's not a Cream Legbar.Sure is cute though! The reason your chicks can survive in the mail is because chicks absorb the yolk when they are born,it gives them energy so they can live for 3 days without food or water at all.

@sekeyslaks Looking more into it I think I made a mistake.
This bird might be the Easter Egger I ordered, not sure how it is possible.

I assumed this was the Easter Egger but it must be the Legbar:

I might make a few other posts. As all my birds don't look right.
