Is this a crested cream leg bar Roo?

he came as an extra chick in a shipment of Cemanis I got from Feather Lovers Farm back in December. I currently have him listed on my local CL for $10, & someone identified him as such. FLF DO carry Cream Legbars so I was wondering.....

our cream legbar girl does not look like that. I'm with everyone else on saying it is a rooster. Also, I would ask more for him. They are hard to find.
