She is six days old. I tried massaging the area last night and got a little bit of fluid out, but the swelling has gotten worse intead of better. She still wants to eat but I have taken her food away. Could it not be her crop and be something else? She doesn't seem to be in pain. She just walks lopsided cause of the swelling. Please help. I am new to chickens and don't want to lose her.

Did the fluid come out of the "lump" or out of her mouth?

fluid came out of her mouth. I tries again several hours later and got nothing. Could it possibly be from a ruptured air sac?

Are you sure it is not her crop.
Don't massage anymore. When you massage the liquid is most likely coming from the crop - regurgitating food/water - she could possibly choke.
Is she eating and drinking, active like the rest of the chicks?
Does the lump go down at any time?

She is not as active as the rest of the chicks her age. She still eats and drinks. Just stumbles a little cause of the lump. And no, the lump does not get any smaller. Her whole chest is just as swollen.

I don't know of any in my area. I will continue to search for one. Should I keep food from her?

Give her chick starter and water.
Before bed, take away the food. Feel her crop and then in the morning check it again and see if you notice it emptying.
As far as the lump, you may want to look into "ruptured air sac".

I have provided you a few links to help you possibly identify the problem, since it is hard to tell exactly what is going on, whether it is a crop or air sac issue.
