That is a Delaware. From the looks of it, it is a cockerel. I'm going by the redness of the comb & wattles at that age.

Definitely a Delaware, but I'm not sure about pullet or cockerel. I have a Delaware pullet. Yours stands tall in the picture & his/her comb & wattles are pretty red for 14 weeks, but just not sure about gender

I guessed pullet simply because I could tell my Delaware was a rooster by just like two weeks of age, so I think this one would be more obvious. They are very fast maturing.
