Is this a disease or pecking?

I have a cream legbar who is almost three years old. She has these black spots and white scabs/scars on her head. We did have a fox who came by our coop this am so also can’t tell if these are war wounds from fox, chicken pecking, or if she has a disease...other chickens in the coop (she has 5 other sisters in a large run/coop) do not have these spots. She is molting right now (poor thing)...I would appreciate any thoughts as I am still a fairly new chicken owner (3 yrs) and have not encountered this before. I am trying to assess if she needs to be isolated from the others.

It looks like she has been pecked from the darks spots, and maybe has run into some fencing and injured the upper top of her beak. Molting chickens are weaker and can be easy targets for mire agressive flockmates. I would make sure that she is getting some high protein treats, such as scrambled bits of egg, tuna, or salmon. What type of feed to you use?

Thank you so much for your response. She gets the organic NBest layer pellets. I just gave the whole flock some scrambled eggs this am.
