Is this a d'uccle?

100% d'uccle. They don't get the "booted" look until they get older and they get their full color pretty slow. It was about a year before my Mille fleur looked like this

Ah ok. My pullet is probably about 6-8 weeks old. And I wasn't sure how long it took to color out, which is kinda why I was questioning whether it was a Mille d'uccle at all.
