what color is this roo? is he a duckwing?

I dont know too much on color variations, but Id say hes some sort of splash.

He's a splash, possibly with color leakage or something else. Not a duckwing though.

Not a Duck-wing.
Duck-wing fowl need to have Wing Bay coloring like in a Black Breasted Red.
