Is this a Easter Egger Rooster?

I need your help we bought her back in August she is about 3 1/2 months old now I'm thinking we got a Rooster instead? she is very mean to my other Hens!! she jumps on them pecks at them pulls there feathers out and chasses them around our pen! thank you for your help She is an Easter Egger also.

Yes, that looks like a rooster--some obvious signs are the pointed hackle (neck) and saddle (back) feathers, the red comb/wattles, and the tall stance.

The multiple layers in the pea comb also are an indication of roo. Love the unique coloration!
