IS THIS A FERTILIZED EGG I BOUGHT AT THE STORE??

Take a look at the red blob at the top of these two eggs..... They came from the store. Is that what I think it is?

No- this is what is commonly referred to as a 'meat spot' - which are generally detected by the scanning/sorting equipment and removed from the line to be used for "other egg products" rather than winding up in the cartons packaged for sale.
Even if this egg had been fertilized (commercial laying houses do not keep roosters, so for most commercially packed eggs this is not an issue - some organic eggs that are pasture raised in a natural setting can be fertile if those flocks include roosters - think Trader Joe's, etc), for development to take place would have required incubation, which would also be a non-issue with the processes used for the production, collection and distribution of eggs in a commercial setting.
