Is this a fertilized egg?

It looks like it from what I can tell comparing it to the pics in the sticky. Just one problem though - I don't own a rooster!! We have a drake (duck) that keeps mounting my chickens. He can't fertilize chicken eggs can he? And those red things are meat spots, correct?

I don't see the bullseye in the center of that white spot, so not fertile.
The red spots are blood spots or meat spots. Completely harmless.
 
There is a white spot between the two meat spots. Sorry the picture is not the best quality. It's off a bit from the center. Is that not the bullseye?

If you could take a picture looking directly down on the white spot it would help. You need to be able to see a white spot that looks like a bullseye.
