We've never seen the racoons during the day, and they just started showing up in the cams this last month. The possums come out in the day once winter sets in and food gets scarce. I cant help it - they just creep me out.

Thanks for the info. I'm freaked out by the thought that predators could possibly get to my 4 pet hens.
When making the chicken yard I was unable to dig wire into the ground because of tree roots, so I'm concerned
I don't have the best line of defense.
Since mine are backyard birds I will use a baby monitor in their small coop.
Even though I'm in a urban neighborhood, we have coons, possums, hawks, occasional owls and lots of neighborhood cats.
I'm nervous about finishing my coop because the girls won't be safe in the garage at night any longer.

What can you tell me about the camera system you have, the pics are great!
