Hey guys, I'm pretty certain this is a girl, going to sell her today as a girl so I don't want to make a mistake.

'She' is 9 weeks old...

Thanks!

You can't tell early with Silkies easily. Right now, I would say likely pullet, but 9 weeks of age is really young to sex a Silkie. Some males develop slowly.

I wouldn't make any guarantees. Many a Silkie owner has been fooled when the bird either laid or crowed at 6 months.

Even if it's crossed with something else?
Often yes. They're mostly hard to sex because of the walnut comb and black/gray skin. They usually won't appear larger and more red at a young age like most breeds. Though personally I would also say female.
