Is this a Golden-laced Wyandotte pullet and why isn't there much lacing? :/

I'm newer to chickens and am wondering if my little Golden-laced Wyandotte is a pullet? She's about 8 weeks old. Also, all the photos I've seen of Golden-laced Wyandottes have so much more color or lacing than this one. She looks mostly black! Is this her final coloring?! If she looks like a pullet now, can she still turn out to be a cockerel in a week or two? She also has a sort of wild demeanor compared to the other ones, more skittish, but maybe that's just her personality?

She looks to be a pullet, as Ol Grey Mare stated, after a few molts her lacing may get better but it if don't she'll have personality ;)

She's still in her juvenile feathers. The lacing will improve as she gets older.

Yes, she's a silly little thing! Definitely has a big personality :) Thanks for the input!

My avatar is a golden laced wyandotte. When they were chicks they all had the coloring and nothing like yours do right now. If you want a photo when they were little let me know and I will go and look.

Sure, if it's not much of a bother, I'd love to see. Edna, as I call her, was a pretty dark looking chick. There were only 2 Wyandottes left in the bunch and one was silver laced and the other golden-laced and I got the golden-laced. I will love her like the rest, but was just hoping for the pretty feathering they're known for, so a little bummed about it. Perhaps she'll improve a bit though, she's still pretty young :idunno
