Is this a good agility set? Also, need gift suggestions

Not getting brittle in Arkansas sun would be a good thing. It's not that I don't want to trouble myself, it's that I don't have the physical ability to just go out and build something. Walking I can do just fine, except when I fall down.

I didn't mean that you were being lazy or anything! I just meant no trouble to yourself, literally.

I like no trouble to myself!

Yah, I took a nose dive this weekend. I ran Bill at an agility show in an arena for the first time in like 4 years and the first time since my knees were replaced. The surface was somewhat uneven and I tripped and fell. Fortunately arena dirt is soft! Bill was a good boy and came back to me and waited (laughing at me, by the way) until I got up. Perfect run other than a couple of seconds over time because I don't get up as fast as I used to!

Jax did something naughty the other day, but even though he was naughty I can't help but laugh when I think about it. My jeep was parked just outside the fence, with the back open and facing the fence, so we could load the boys up.
It was Kane's turn to be loaded up first. Jax got impatient waiting for his brother to be loaded. Jax jumped over the fence and landed in the cargo area of the jeep. Never touched the fence or the back end of the jeep. After I got over the shock of seeing him do that, I busted out laughing. It's hard to discipline when you can't stop laughing.

We're hiding the car keys now. Can't have Jax taking himself bye-bye.

omg Now that is agile!

I just thought of something they may like, and have all the faith in the world that you can teach them to play on it - but it isn't for winter, either. A Slip n Slide! Remember those old commercials? You attach this long sheet of plastic to a hose and then dive onto it and slide. I wonder if a dog could use that? I wonder if they would like something like that?

Though my DH is a police officer, Jax is not a K9. There are no groups anywhere near us (we've checked). In the rural area where we live there are two types of dogs - hunting dogs and farm dogs.

Jax and Kane were bought for my protection, when DH is working nights. Also, Jax assists me with some things around the house since I am disabled/have mobility issues.

Thanks for the spelling correction. Though I'm a good speller, I never would have got that one!

Sorry I'm no help, it was just what I thought of.

I normally don't correct other people's spelling. I think it's rude, but that's one word I have trouble with too.

Thanks for trying.

Kane has three kiddie pools. He likes to snorkel - stick his nose below the water and run circles around the pool that way. Strangely, Jax is not fond of water.

I think I will go with the more expensive set for Jax. Still have to figure something out for Kane. Kane likes food and Kane likes being Kane. He really hasn't shown us anything he craves doing yet, besides aggravating his brother.
