That is a good deal. Around here, people want to sell used kennels like that for $200, and no one wants to deliver it, let alone disassemble it.

i have a similar kennel i use for one of my silkie pens. For the roof i ran cross beams (8' metal plant stakes) across the 7' sides, creating an anchoring base. Then i attached hardware cloth across the top. And then i fastened down 8' lengths of pvc panels to create a waterproof roof. Probably overkill. i could have gotten away with just the pvc panels, but had done the hardware cloth before it occurred to me i wanted rain protection.

I fastened hardware cloth to the top using zip ties! Has kept out coons, possum and hawks.
