Is This A Good Incubator For $300 Please Advice

What do you think guys I found this incubator about 1.5 hours from home.

I am planig to buy a brinsea for 399 that has a humidity pump and holds 64 chicken eggs

what do you recomend?

How do I know something id wrong when I look at it?

or what should I look for?

I'd have them plug it in so you can make sure the shelves work and it comes on. I'm not very good with these things, I bought mine from someone I knew so I knew it worked.
